Booking & Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required to reserve appointments or events.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout or invoicing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in the loss of a deposit.

Rescheduling requests are accommodated whenever possible.

AceHenna reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork, henna designs, photographs, written content, graphics, and materials on this website remain the intellectual property of AceHenna unless otherwise stated.

Commissions

Commission timelines vary depending on project scope.

Once work has begun, deposits are generally non-refundable.

Minor revisions may be included unless otherwise agreed upon.
